Chi Kraeng is a name of land community which create by the group member of people live in village in order to protest and grabbing that have to mobilize communities to gather, protest against the arrest of land activists and disseminate human right in which establishes in 2005 is located at Phniet village, Chi Kraeng commune, Chi Kraeng district, Siem Reap province.
